• Formulate and implement recruitment plans based on business development needs, covering the full process of position requirement analysis, recruitment channel expansion, resume screening, interview evaluation, etc., to ensure timely delivery of suitable talents to the business team.
• Be responsible for handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including onboarding guidance, document verification, signing and management of labor contracts, exit interviews, etc., to ensure compliant and orderly employee relations.
• Ensure that the human resource management of business departments complies with local labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, promptly communicate and implement the company's human resource policies, and prevent employment risks.
• Assist business departments in team management and provide professional human resource support, including employee performance coaching, team conflict mediation, employee care, etc., to enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
• Track the human resource status of business departments, analyze human resource data (such as staff turnover rate, labor efficiency, etc.), provide human resource support suggestions for business decisions, and help achieve business goals.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of human resource-related work experience
• Familiar with labor laws and regulations in Kazakhstan, with rich experience in compliant operations in employee recruitment, contract management, offboarding handling, etc.
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and pressure resistance, able to quickly adapt to business changes and proactively provide human resource support to business departments.
• Будет плюсом: among which at least 2 years of experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is preferred; Proficiency in Chinese and Russian is preferred; English proficiency is a plus
