задачи
Business support on all HR issues (company staff - 600 employees in Kazakhstan, 60 employees in Uzbekistan)
Organization, planning and construction of all HR processes/systems between the local office, head office and stores
Building effective HR systems: recruitment/hiring, adaptation, training system, personnel evaluation, feedback sessions
Support Payroll processes/systems, participation in the disciplinary commission
Talent management: supervising career development and succession programs, training, creating career route schemes
Recruitment control, work with outsourcing/out staffing, mass recruiting projects, robotized recruitment platforms
Conducting projects on efficiency, involvement, staff turnover, systematization and automation of processes, databases on the Agile system
Development of HR brand and corporate culture
HR reporting, preparation of presentations
требования
Minimum 3 years in a similiar position
Bachelor degree
Fluent English is a Must (double reporting)
Skills of hard &soft competency evaluation/ Result oriented
Super communicative/ delivered speech
Good knowledge of Labor code
No obstacle for business trips
