задачи
- Support B2B clients with technical and functional issues;
- Investigate incidents using logs, SQL and application-level analysis;
- Work with MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways and liquidity bridges;
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and third parties;
- Troubleshoot issues and drive them through to resolution;
- Build deeper expertise in Forex and brokerage technology;
- Use AI tools to improve day-to-day workflow.
требования
- 3+ Years of technical support experience in brokerage or fintech;
- Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager & Administrator;
- Knowledge of liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid or similar;
- Practical SQL skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong English;
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule after training (24/6 coverage);
- Nice to have: API integrations, FIX protocol, programming/scripting skills.
