• At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience on backend projects
• At least 2 years of Java troubleshooting experience, including reading and debugging production Java code to identify causes
• Experience testing real non-HTTP protocols such as TCP, Protobuf, gRPC, FIX, or queues such as RabbitMQ/Kafka; WebSocket alone does not count
• Knowledge of test design techniques, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and state transition
• Requirements analysis skills, including impact, traceability, and functional and non-functional requirements; ability to challenge vague specifications before implementation
• SQL skills beyond SELECT, including joins and verification queries
• Linux CLI skills and log reading, including ssh and grep/zgrep over rotated logs
• Use AI in daily work for analysis and tests, validating results against source code, logs, and measurements rather than trusting blindly
• Fluent in Russian and English at B1+ level
• Будет плюсом: Java or another language for test-automation coding and building or maintaining integration/E2E test frameworks, performance testing with JMeter or VisualVM, Protobuf load profiles, PostgreSQL, Redis, Forex industry experience
