Spotware Systems develops cTrader trading apps for mobile, web, Windows, and Mac.

• Handle trader requests across tickets, app store reviews, Trustpilot, Discord, YouTube, and other community channels
• Explain features and resolve issues clearly, adapting communication to each channel and audience
• Report bugs and issues to Product Owners, share user feedback and recurring pain points, and follow up until they are resolved
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers on broker-related cases, escalate partner issues, and ensure traders and brokers receive consistent answers
• Respond professionally to public reviews and feedback, turn negative experiences into positive ones, and highlight cTrader’s strengths

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage several channels and priorities simultaneously
• Interest in trading and financial markets
• Team player with a proactive, ownership mindset
