• Own and maintain attribution models and touchpoint definitions, and explain changes in the numbers to stakeholders
• Design and run geo tests and conversion lift studies in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Build and drive the incrementality testing roadmap
• Help channel teams and Finance agree on what the numbers show
• Use AI throughout the workflow, from understanding stakeholder requests to delivering dashboards

• Experience owning an attribution model and explaining last-click versus first-click, including navigating team disagreements
• Experience testing incrementality inside ad platforms through geo tests or conversion lift studies in Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders and identify which decisions are theirs to make
• Self-sufficient in SQL and a BI tool such as Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent
• Uses AI as part of the workflow
