• Drive the end-to-end marketing process, from ideas and testing through execution and final delivery
• Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative, UA, and analytics teams
• Manage campaign lifecycles from concept and briefing through execution and post-campaign analysis
• Track key performance indicators, prepare insights, and translate them into actionable improvements
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication
• Experiment with new marketing channels, formats, and approaches to drive user acquisition and retention

• Proven marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital products
• Solid understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics
• Business-goal-driven mindset and understanding of the rationale behind campaigns
• Knowledge of business models, success criteria, and marketing’s role in achieving them
• Creative approach and ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives
• Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
