• Own the WebGL acquisition strategy, build quarterly plans, prioritize experiments, and drive initiatives from idea to measurable results
• Manage and scale large-budget web campaigns across Meta and Google
• Optimize the full acquisition funnel, including conversion events, attribution, targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages
• Connect user acquisition with product economics by analyzing user quality, monetization, and downstream behavior to improve acquisition decisions
• Drive experimentation and automation using data, AI, and other tools to improve performance and operational efficiency

• Proven marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital products
• Solid understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics
• Business-goal-driven mindset and understanding of the rationale behind campaigns
• Knowledge of business models, success criteria, and marketing’s role in achieving them
• Creative approach and ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives
• Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
