Event manager in banking

At Bank of Georgia's Marketing Department, we are looking for a new team member for the position of Event Manager. • Planning, coordinating, and delivering the company's internal and external events;
• Preparing, monitoring, and optimizing the budget;
• Negotiating with suppliers, partners, and event venues;
• Managing the event calendar;
• Planning logistics (transportation, technical support);
• Presenting the brand visually at the relevant event.

• At least 2 years of work experience in an Event Manager position.
• Effective organizational and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• A desire to create and take action continuously;
• The ability to identify opportunities quickly;
• Knowledge of office software;
• A desire to work in a team full of energy and motivation and a willingness to support its members.
