• Lead the global end-to-end outstaffing methodology and drive organizational readiness and process updates across local GS teams
• Standardize country-specific outstaffing workflows into a unified global framework and update legal and internal documentation with the ERM unit
• Review, optimize, and manage global outstaffing vendors with Procurement and deploy SLAs to hold external partners accountable
• Re-engineer outstaff payroll and vacation accrual processes to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and shorten service delivery times
• Lead or assist regional teams with the technical outstaffing infrastructure for launches in new country markets
• Liaise with Finance on reporting centralization, structural audits, accruals, and ad-hoc documentation requests

• 4+ Years of international Global Mobility or Outstaffing Vendor Management (+EOR) experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling multinational environment
• Understanding of global employment structures (EOR/Outstaffing), cross-border compliance risk analysis, payroll system automation, and vendor contract negotiations
• Strategic stakeholder management, proactive problem-solving for complex individual cases, cross-cultural communication, and organizational agility

• Annual salary starting from 48 300 EUR gross
