• Own the product vision and roadmap and align them with business goals;
• Manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value, user impact, and changing priorities;
• Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Drive delivery with the development team by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and participating in Agile ceremonies;
• Validate product decisions through feedback and feature performance, adjusting priorities when needed;
• Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and everyday workflows.

• 2+ Years in iGaming with an understanding of casino/betting mechanics, payments, bonuses, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance;
• 4+ Years in Product Ownership / Business Analysis with hands-on backlog ownership;
• Strong product mindset with the ability to challenge requests, identify real problems, and make informed trade-offs;
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools;
• Strong communication, analytical, and decomposition skills;
• Proactive and result-oriented approach with the ability to drive initiatives independently;
• Nice to have: A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
