product manager for financial infrastructure

Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system. It provides liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

• Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products, including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs;
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering on execution, and drive products from concept through launch and iteration;
• Investigate product flows, identify breakpoints, define scaling improvements, and support market launch in a regulated environment;
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to turn roadmap priorities into shipped products;
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to incorporate regulatory requirements into product design and development;
• Support operational functions tied to US regulated entities as needed to keep product work moving.

• Strong product management experience with ownership of a roadmap and delivery of B2B or B2B2C products;
• Direct hands-on experience implementing KYC, either in-house or through a KYC solution offered to external parties;
• Experience building or managing platform products, including shared infrastructure, APIs, and internal client or partner models, in a B2B or B2B2C context;
• Ability to work deeply with Engineering on technical details;
• Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape;
• Track record of driving complex cross-functional builds without formal authority;
• Excellent communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners;
• Strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry;
• Nice to have: Experience working at a KYC/KYB service provider, crypto or digital assets experience including crypto-native treasury and custody operations, former founder or early product hire at a fintech or crypto startup.
