• Lead end-to-end customer projects from kick-off to closing, managing day-to-day project and team operations, customer communications, escalations, satisfaction, and value creation
• Ensure project scope, objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met across a complex customer portfolio
• Lead customer interactions, coordinate stakeholders, and document and administer project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation with Sales, Engineering, and AI teams
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; resolve customer issues and complaints; and escalate complex cases on time
• Initiate and drive cross-functional projects that improve delivery efficiency or customer experience
• Champion a customer-centric, solution-driven culture and customer-first mindset across project teams
• Establish standards and ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

• Proven experience managing complex, software-adjacent projects, ideally in data engineering, AI, or cloud infrastructure
• Technical understanding of the SDLC
• Experience managing end-to-end large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, regions, and functions, such as data migrations or enterprise transformations
• Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, curiosity, and strategic influencing skills; able to build relationships and trust across levels and audience types
• Results-driven, committed to high-quality service, and focused on outcomes and excellence
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and accountability; able to independently prioritize concurrent requests and projects under pressure and take responsibility for overall project success
• Skilled in conflict resolution, bringing parties together around a common goal, and adapting quickly
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences; highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proven knowledge of project management frameworks and CRM tools and methods, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SFDC, Productive, Asana, Google Sheets, and Slides
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
