Stripe is evolving how Sales Development Representatives identify, engage and qualify prospective users. Agentic workflows can remove repetitive work and help SDRs focus their time on judgement-rich customer conversations. Realising that value requires more than introducing new tools: it requires a coherent end-to-end experience across targeting, outreach, task execution, lead handoff, follow-up, qualification and reporting.
You will own the business experience and improvement roadmap for Stripe’s SDR workflows. You will work closely with SDRs and their leaders to understand how work happens today, identify the highest-value sources of friction and shape tools, processes and policies that make the organisation more effective. Your initial coverage will be Stripe’s agentic outreach solution and Gong Engage, including how these capabilities interact with Salesforce, Orum, Gmail, LinkedIn and supporting routing and data services. Over time, the remit may expand to other parts of the SDR tooling and workflow ecosystem.
You will act as the connective tissue between frontline sellers and the teams that build and operate these capabilities. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, prioritised roadmaps, measurable launches and continuously improving workflows.

- Translate frontline needs into clear business requirements, user journeys, success criteria and prioritised recommendations for Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales Systems and Operations partners.
- Define and monitor the metrics that matter across productivity, adoption, workflow health, data quality, follow-up speed, pipeline quality and prospect experience.
- Partner with Sales Development leadership, Sales Operations and policy owners to ensure tooling and workflow design reflects routing, territory, rules-of-engagement and qualification requirements.
- Build launch and change-management plans with Enablement and Communications so that new capabilities are understood, adopted and embedded in daily SDR work.
