• Set clear goals and own product priorities for your area, aiming high to drive commercial and user excellence.
• Use research, analytics, and direct partner feedback to identify root problems and capture impactful opportunities.
• Turn ideas into testable hypotheses, moving fast to deliver iterative improvements and validate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics, championing teamwork to build and elevate high-performing products.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared roadmaps, clear priorities, and key dependencies.
• Measure the impact of releases and use insights to continuously raise the bar and guide next steps.

• Demonstrated product management background with a passion for solving meaningful user and business problems.
• Genuine curiosity and empathy to develop a deep understanding of our internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to break complex challenges into manageable steps and stay committed to achieving goals.
