• Take pride in managing our CRM ecosystem, aiming high to ensure platforms are healthy and performing at their full potential.
• Support global CRM teams by driving excellence in the technical aspects of their campaigns and finding the best solutions.
• Deep dive into Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) and master the "under the hood" mechanics of CRM engineering.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate campaign goals into technical reality through clear communication.
• Help manage data flows via Hightouch, ensuring our platforms are scalable and capable of reaching millions of customers.
• Bring a "get things done" attitude to every task, taking responsibility for high-quality results from start to finish.

• You have a basic understanding of CRM platforms and a logical mindset to help us stay committed to achieving goals.
• A genuine curiosity for "Marketing Tech" and a desire to aim higher and drive excellence in tools like Braze and SFMC.
• You can simplify complex ideas for non-technical colleagues, helping the team move fast and create clarity.
• You develop an understanding of internal and external partners to ensure we are doing what is right for our users.
• You are organised and act responsibly while managing your workload to make a lasting impact.
• You enjoy diving into challenges and aren't afraid to ask questions to help the team succeed.
