• Act as Product Owner for a cross-functional Agile team including AI, software and algorithm developers, quality, and testing;
• Organize software iterations and define development priorities;
• Manage AI and Computer Vision software components using advanced algorithms and deep learning technologies for an automated image-guided surgical workflow;
• Plan, manage, and communicate product vision, releases, and features to stakeholders, leaders, and the development team;
• Bring the product to market;
• Participate in voice of customer activities and surgeon interactions to validate concepts, gather customer feedback, and refine requirements;
• Support the Agile Team by formalizing development, defining and organizing software requirements, and contributing to testing and validation protocols;
• Collaborate with software, systems engineering, regulatory, and quality teams to create and maintain design control documentation for medical device software products;
• Support the observation and communication of product KPIs to stakeholders;
• Identify operational improvements based on product metrics;
• Define and translate user needs and concepts into clear, structured requirements;
• Ensure consistent backlog quality and readiness;
• Communicate requirements and priorities within the team;
• Align product vision with internal and external clinical and business stakeholders;
• Take ownership of assigned areas and drive topics to completion;
• Escalate risks and dependencies in a timely manner.

• University degree in Biomedical Engineering or a similar technical field;
• Several years of professional experience;
• 6–8 Years of experience in the MedTech industry or a similar environment;
• Ability to identify clinical and business opportunities, develop product vision, and prioritize product value delivery;
• Understanding and application of user-centered design and systems engineering principles;
• Knowledge of Agile software principles and software development life cycle in a strongly regulated field, including medical devices;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English skills;
• Nice to have: Clinical and technical knowledge of surgical planning in the knee and hip domain.

• €68.400 - €127.000 EUR Annual;
• The role may be eligible for incentive compensation, including bonus and/or commissions where applicable;
