• Define the strategy and roadmap for orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability;
• Translate customer needs into features and integrations to accelerate Lakeflow Jobs adoption;
• Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, and developer efficiency;
• Use data to guide roadmap decisions and refine the product experience;
• Partner with global engineering, field engineering, solution architects, and external partners to deliver features;
• Advocate for features that reduce friction in authoring, monitoring, and orchestrating workloads;
• Write PRDs, release notes, and documentation;
• Drive product launches to ensure customer and business success.

• 5+ Years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field;
• Experience in Product Management including inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes;
• Solid understanding of major orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect;
• Technical understanding of data pipelines including Spark, dbt, and Lakeflow Pipelines;
• Strong data analysis and operationalization skills including SQL, Python, and building operational dashboards.
