Product Owner

eToro is a trading and investing platform that enables users to invest, share knowledge, and learn. Its platform supports portfolio discovery, investor interaction, strategy discussions, and shared investment education.

• Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods such as cards and open banking, and crypto or wallet transfers;
• Act as the main point of contact connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors, including PSPs, custodians, and on/off-ramps;
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specifications and collaborate with Engineering on APIs and integrations;
• Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk using Mixpanel, Databricks, and similar tools.

• Have 4+ years of Product Management experience at leading B2C technology companies in Fintech, Payments, or Crypto, handling real customer funds;
• Understand traditional payments, including cards, bank transfers, and PSPs;
• Understand crypto infrastructure, including custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, and the Travel Rule;
• Use data-driven decision-making and have strong UX sensibility with tools such as Figma and Miro;
• Use LLMs and prototyping tools daily, build interactive prototypes, and describe concrete AI workflows;
• Be an independent self-starter and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

• The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus and requires on-site work.
