Product Owner

Comarch is a global software house that provides advanced IT solutions for various industries, including ERP systems, telecommunications, and finance. The company focuses on developing innovative cloud-based products and digital transformation services.

• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the AI-Native ERP product;
• Build and lead the product team, including recruitment, mentoring, and fostering a work culture;
• Create a product development roadmap focused on achieving specific business results;
• Identify customer needs through interviews and problem analysis;
• Collaborate closely with the technical lead to validate and shape the product.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in product environments such as SaaS, B2B, ERP, or Fintech;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building products from scratch and delivering results with limited resources;
• Experience in leading product-technical teams of 5–10 people;
• Practical knowledge of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot;
• Understanding of public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in product strategy and vision development.
