Product Owner

Link Group specializes in pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering services.

• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic and operational challenges that can be addressed through AI;
• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover high-value AI opportunities;
• Evaluate business needs, customer pain points and operational challenges to determine where AI can create the greatest impact;
• Challenge assumptions and ensure AI is applied to the right business problems;
• Develop business cases and value assessments for AI initiatives;
• Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, business impact, feasibility and expected return on investment;
• Prioritize AI initiatives and contribute to the organization's AI portfolio and investment roadmap;
• Support executive decision-making by providing recommendations on AI priorities and investments;
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on AI strategy and value creation;
• Align AI initiatives with business priorities and strategic objectives;
• Define success metrics and expected business outcomes for AI initiatives;
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to accelerate AI adoption;
• Track business outcomes delivered by AI initiatives;
• Measure and communicate business value generated through AI investments;
• Promote a value-driven approach to AI adoption across the organization;
• Share best practices and lessons learned to support continuous improvement;
• Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices;
• Identify new opportunities where AI can create competitive advantage;
• Contribute to the organization's long-term AI strategy and maturity.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• 7+ Years of experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Management Consulting, Product Discovery or related areas;
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership;
• Strong track record of identifying and delivering business value through technology-enabled initiatives;
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and digital technologies;
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities;
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization capabilities;
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
• Nice to have: Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, FMCG or other complex international organizations.
