The team develops factoring products and processes, creating modern and comprehensive solutions for business customers. It combines business and technology expertise and works with IT, risk, and sales teams to design and implement practical, modern, and secure solutions.

• Design, develop, and improve factoring processes throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and application through risk assessment, decision-making, and after-sales service;
• Prepare and develop business and functional requirements, process maps, and product and process documentation;
• Collaborate with IT teams on factoring systems, especially workflows, decision-making modules, and integrations with external systems;
• Participate in process optimization and automation projects focused on operational efficiency and customer service quality;
• Monitor regulatory, market, and technology changes related to factoring and business financing and translate them into process and product solutions;
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Operations, Sales, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure consistent business and operational solutions;
• Support the preparation of materials for sales, internal communications, and customers, including product descriptions, service process documentation, and training materials.

• At least 3 years of experience in factoring, credit processes, business financing, or leasing;
• Knowledge of credit analysis, business customer onboarding, sales processes, and AML/KYC;
• Experience creating business and process documentation, including process maps, requirements, product cards, and backlogs;
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and delivering implementation projects;
• Ability to analyze process data, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements;
• Strong organization and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while combining business, operational, and technology perspectives;
• Nice to have: direct impact on the development of factoring or credit systems.
