project manager for e-commerce logistics

InPost is a leading European logistics solutions provider for the e-commerce industry. It operates an out-of-home delivery platform with Paczkomat lockers and PUDO points across nine countries, and also provides courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce merchants.

• Lead cross-functional projects in domestic and international environments;
• Create schedules and action plans and oversee the delivery of key milestones;
• Co-create project business assumptions, control budgets, and monitor resource utilization;
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions;
• Organize and lead project meetings and coordinate collaboration between participating teams;
• Collect, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements;
• Cooperate with IT teams on planning, implementing, and testing changes;
• Prepare materials, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders, management, and the Board;
• Build effective communication between business, IT, operations, sales, and external partners.

• 6–8 Years of experience leading projects;
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence;
• Experience managing projects from the business case stage through implementation;
• Ability to effectively collect and analyze business and system requirements;
• English at minimum B2–C1 level;
• Nice to have: Taking responsibility for projects and driving them to completion, independently organizing work and setting priorities, working effectively in a dynamic environment and changing circumstances, analytical thinking and willingness to challenge assumptions, confidence to recommend a course of action that may require changing existing plans, building partnership relationships and collaborating effectively with different teams.
