product manager for workflow platforms

Box Automate and the Content Automations product area help teams automate business processes and deliver consistent results.

• Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions;
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable value;
• Collaborate with GTM teams to communicate product messaging, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities;
• Work with Analytics to define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions;
• Work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, including integrations with technical partners and acquisition of new technologies;
• Define product strategy and roadmap, manage product requirements, and ensure successful product releases;
• Take responsibility for the vision and functional delivery of Workflow Platform features.

• 6+ Years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Ideally 2+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS products;
• Proven track record of managing and launching successful products;
• Experience related to workflow, business process management, or content automation;
• Proficient technical understanding and ability to negotiate technical requirements;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies;
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
