Jacobs is an international engineering company providing technical consulting, design, and investment project management services. Its GDC Poland supports local and international projects across advanced facilities, water and environment, transportation, energy and power, and cities and places.

• Support or lead projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases;
• Manage or assist with project scope, budget, schedule, and risk;
• Contribute to technical reviews covering safety, quality, and compliance;
• Act as a key contact for clients and stakeholders;
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting;
• Promote innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across teams;
• Support the development of junior project management staff where appropriate.

• Proven experience managing water and wastewater projects;
• Strong understanding of infrastructure assets, including pipelines and sewers;
• Strong understanding of non-infrastructure assets, including treatment plants and pumping stations;
• Experience with Design & Build delivery models and detailed design coordination;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally;
• Nice to have: APM Project Management Qualification, Membership of ICE or CIWEM.
