product manager for Employee Experience platforms

JPMorganChase is a financial organization. Its Employee Experience technology platforms provide core capabilities that help product teams deliver value faster, more consistently, and at greater scale.

• Develop and execute product strategy for Employee Experience platform capabilities, aligned with organizational priorities and long-term technology objectives
• Own platform roadmaps, investment priorities, and product outcomes across shared capabilities, services, and reusable components
• Partner with product teams and engineering, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify platform needs and opportunities for reuse and standardization
• Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging capabilities, including AI-powered experiences, platform accelerators, automation frameworks, and developer productivity tools
• Establish success measures and use adoption, operational, customer feedback, and product performance data to guide prioritization and investment decisions
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning
• Mentor product professionals and contribute to a culture of collaboration, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Present strategy, roadmaps, investment recommendations, risks, and business outcomes to senior leaders and key stakeholders

• Demonstrated product management experience owning technology platforms, enterprise products, or large-scale digital capabilities
• Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery methods, and the software development life cycle
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, and control organizations
• Ability to define product strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Experience balancing competing stakeholder priorities in complex enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, written communication, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority
• Experience with platform ecosystems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, or developer-facing products
