product manager in AI for Operations

J.P. Morgan is a global financial services provider offering strategic advice and products to corporations, governments, wealthy individuals, and institutional investors. Its Commercial & Investment Bank provides banking, markets, securities services, and payments, as well as strategic advice, capital raising, risk management, and liquidity.

• Define and measure baseline business metrics for AI products, and validate that production performance meets goals and success criteria
• Build demos and prototypes using code agents, and collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and front-office business leads to define product requirements aligned with product strategy
• Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements
• Write and own user stories and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Contribute to team-wide and firm-wide AI presentations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
• At least 1 year of experience in a company with a strong product management culture
• Experience learning new businesses and mapping pain points and opportunities
• Experience driving all or part of the product lifecycle, writing product documents, and leading tech teams from idea through alignment, execution, and launch
• Familiarity with AI model architectures such as Large Language Models, and methods such as prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks
• Strong communication skills
