задачи
Manage the end-to-end product vision and execution for AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows designed for customer support teams in a banking environment
Translate high-level solution design decisions into a clear, structured, buildable backlog for the engineering team
Review scope and technical estimates on behalf of the delivery team to ensure realistic project roadmaps
Map business processes, document requirements, and define acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios
Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth cross-team communication
Identify and prioritize business opportunities and advise clients on possible directions
Validate ideas through experimentation and continuous discovery to make fast, informed, de-risked decisions
Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, designers, and other experts
Monitor AI solution productization from feasibility study through PoC to release and scale-up
Stay current with AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks
требования
Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven projects for customer support or customer service teams, or automating business or back-office processes
At least 5 years of experience leading digital and AI products
Strong ownership, analytical skills, and product-oriented thinking; ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
Experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional and remote teams, preferably international
Practical experience with continuous discovery, validation techniques, and designing and executing project budgets
Ability to work in detail on process mapping, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and UAT
Excellent English and Polish communication skills; able to interact with stakeholders at all management levels
