Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, developing an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
задачи
- Own your domain's roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped impact;
- Understand customer needs and how Finom can support their business;
- Prototype fast, including with AI tools, to test ideas before committing engineering time;
- Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer;
- Make the commercial case for what you build and understand the P&L implications of your roadmap.
требования
- 5+ Years in product management, ideally in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS;
- Track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into shipped, measurable outcomes;
- Strong quantitative instincts with comfort in data;
- Genuinely commercially minded and customer-centric;
- Nice to have: European market experience.
