Product Manager

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. Veeva OpenData provides reference data used by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for commercial and medical operations.

• Own the end-to-end product plan, scale the customer footprint, and drive product strategy;
• Make high-level decisions on sourcing, transforming, updating, and analyzing country datasets;
• Translate market needs into a strategic roadmap for dedicated squads of data engineers, analysts, and product operations;
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to build scalable, high-quality data pipelines;
• Partner with strategy, sales, and services teams to gather customer feedback and continuously improve the product;
• Set and enforce KPIs for data coverage, completeness, and accuracy;
• Monitor healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and market shifts, adapting the product roadmap accordingly.

• Execute with speed and quality while maintaining strong attention to detail;
• 2+ Years of experience in data analytics or product management, with a track record of extracting value from complex datasets;
• Strong product intuition and ability to manage a backlog while balancing long-term product scope, data quality standards, and customer feedback;
• Proficient in SQL, including direct database investigation, data quality validation, and solution prototyping;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field;
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher);
• Nice to have: Life sciences data product experience, business proficiency (B2 or higher) in an additional language such as French, German, Polish, or Arabic.

• Total compensation: 60,000 - 100,000 EUR, potentially including variable bonus and/or stock bonus;
• The role is fully remote in the UK, Germany, or Spain;
• Travel expected: 10%.
