Product Manager

• Own the vision and roadmap for the policy development and testing tools, execution engine, data sources connector and content management interfaces;
• Run customer development with internal users yourself, from interviews to validated problem statements;
• Do the full analysis cycle hands-on, including requirements and business analysis, problem decomposition, solution options with trade-offs, and digging into the codebase;
• Drive the self-service target state and be responsible for the platform's key metrics;
• Prioritize one backlog across Risk B2C, Risk B2B, product streams by quantified impact;
• Work daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs;
• Prototype hands-on, including with LLMs, to validate ideas before consuming engineering time, and design and automate internal processes;
• Own platform OKRs and answer for them at C-level.

• 4+ Years as Platform/Technical PM for internal platforms such as decision engines, risk/credit decisioning platforms, BRMS, rule engines, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), antifraud or scoring platforms;
• Knowledge in Scoring / Risk / Antifraud domains in Fintech/Banking;
• Experience owning a product vision, setting direction, defending it, and shipping it;
• Ability to do discovery and analysis yourself, including customer development, requirements, business analysis, and high-level solution design;
• Strong skills in problem identification and hard prioritization under demand exceeding capacity;
• Ability to build metrics trees for internal platforms with indirect value chains;
• Ability to navigate a codebase to understand how the product works;
• Hands-on LLM experience in workflow automation and prototyping with LLM APIs or agent tools;
• Ability to assess whether a proposed technical solution meets requirements;
• Experience evaluating technical quality of a product and its delivery processes, including technical monitoring and reliability practices;
• Strong English at B2+ level;
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: prior experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager combined with experience in Product Management.
