Product Manager

finmid builds embedded lending infrastructure for global platforms and European businesses. The company provides financing products such as cash advances, loans, vehicle financing, and inventory-backed credit lines.

• Own the financing funnel end to end, including eligibility, acceptance, payout, renewal, and associated metrics;
• Translate company strategy into product strategy across six-month horizons and six-week execution blocks;
• Own expansion into new platforms, countries, and use cases;
• Own pricing structure, experimentation, and analysis of results;
• Serve as the main interface for Commercial, operations, and platform partners;
• Set standards for discovery and delivery, ensuring work starts from a real problem and ends with measurable outcomes;
• Source required data from platforms, public registers, or merchants.

• 5 To 8 years of product experience;
• At least 2 years owning a funnel or conversion metric with personal accountability for results;
• Demonstrated experience improving funnels through experiments, including analysis of successful and failed tests;
• Experience designing pricing experiments, including defining changes, target groups, test duration, and methods for separating results from noise;
• Experience taking a product into new markets or segments end to end with legal, operations, engineering, and external partners;
• Ability to challenge platform partners when their requests are not beneficial for merchants;
• Hands-on approach to writing specifications, working with data, and testing merchant flows as a first-time user;
• Strong written communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Ownership mindset and willingness to treat the business as personal responsibility;
• Nice to have: hands-on pricing experience, experience in a marketplace, platform, or embedded finance business, experience as the only product person in a company.
