Product Manager

Typeform provides a form builder platform that enables businesses to collect data through engaging forms, surveys, and quizzes. The company serves over 150,000 businesses and facilitates more than 500 million responses annually, integrating with various productivity tools.

• Own the Create & Design roadmap and product strategy, aligning it with the broader Data Capture vision;
• Evolve the builder into a platform for creating engaging experiences;
• Platformise shared capabilities that power creation across current and future surfaces;
• Partner with Typeform AI to integrate AI-assisted design, content generation, and creation workflows;
• Define how AI improves creator output while maintaining high-quality human experiences;
• Lead complex platform investments and technical migrations;
• Partner with engineering and design to balance product craft with technical complexity;
• Shape the long-term vision for creation and sequence investments;
• Monitor advances in AI, design tools, and productivity software to identify new opportunities;
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams;
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making.

• Strategic product thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership;
• Experience building creation tools, editors, design products, or customer-facing platforms;
• Strong platform thinking and experience identifying shared capabilities that scale;
• Appreciation for product craft and user experience, balancing speed and quality;
• AI-native mindset with experience building with LLMs and AI tools;
• Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex products or platform investments;
• Ability to discuss trade-offs regarding performance, reliability, scalability, and technical architecture;
• Customer-first mindset with strong discovery skills and data-informed decision-making;
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to align teams around a vision;
• Collaborative leadership style based on influence;
• High agency and ability to create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces;
• Experience working effectively across distributed teams;
• Nice to have: Experience building products like Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace, experience platformising shared capabilities, experience launching AI-assisted creation features in production, experience with real-time collaboration or modern editor architectures, experience building multilingual or localisation products.
