Product Manager

Oneleet provides a security and compliance platform that helps companies build, manage, and monitor cybersecurity programs and achieve standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Own the roadmap and sequencing for code security bundles, prioritizing modules across tiers;
• Make scope tradeoff calls under deadline pressure;
• Work directly with design on mock-ups before engineering begins;
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical tradeoffs and sequencing of dependencies;
• Run design partner programs and customer interviews to validate priorities;
• Define the competitive bar for each module based on direct comparison against incumbents;
• Coordinate the free tier and product launch plan;
• Track usage, success metrics, and engagement for shipped features;
• Collaborate with go-to-market on positioning, pricing, and bundle structure;
• Partner with the intelligence team on AI-powered features.

• 5+ Years of product management experience in security, developer tools, or technical SaaS;
• Proven experience shipping at least one product against a named competitor;
• Ability to read SARIF files, scanner outputs, or similar technical data independently;
• Strong communication skills across customers, engineering, design, and executive stakeholders;
• Pragmatic decision-making skills with imperfect information;
• Startup experience in a fast-moving engineering environment;
• Nice to have: Background in cybersecurity or application security, experience with bundle-based or platform-based product strategy, prior experience with PLG and free-tier-led GTM motions.
