Product Manager

Salmon Group Ltd provides financial services through distributed operations and partner networks. The company develops internal platforms and tools to support operational teams, workforce planning, and agent management.

• Own and develop internal platforms and tools for operational teams;
• Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve operational processes;
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses with internal users;
• Define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive roadmap execution;
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful product improvements;
• Launch pilot initiatives, measure results, and scale successful solutions across the organization;
• Measure the impact of product changes on operational efficiency and team productivity;
• Contribute to the development of key internal products, including Agent App and workforce planning solutions.

• 3+ Years of Product Management experience developing internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools;
• Experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle from discovery to scaling;
• Experience working closely with operations, distributed teams, or field teams;
• Strong analytical and systems thinking with the ability to make data-informed product decisions;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English;
• Nice to have: Experience automating operational processes, experience in marketplaces, logistics, retail, or fintech, experience building products for blue-collar or field teams, hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, or Python, experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
