Product Manager

Kleos provides a global platform for team management, handling hiring, contracts, compliance, and payments across 242 countries.

• Own the product roadmap for compliance and payments features, defining goals, success metrics, and release plans;
• Work with Legal and Compliance to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into product requirements;
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver secure payment flows and compliance tooling;
• Prioritize initiatives by business impact, risk reduction, and technical feasibility;
• Run discovery, prototyping, and validation with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain product documentation, policies, and runbooks;
• Partner with Payments Operations and Finance to optimize reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback processes;
• Define and track KPIs related to compliance coverage, operational risk, payment success rates, and incident resolution time;
• Represent the product team in cross-functional governance forums and support external audits or regulator queries.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in payments, compliance, risk, or financial products;
• Practical knowledge of payment systems, card rails, ACH, SWIFT, and cross-border remittance mechanics;
• Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as KYC/AML, PSD2, and GDPR;
• Proven ability to convert regulatory and operational requirements into product solutions;
• Experience working with engineering teams, APIs, and data models;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking metrics and running experiments;
• Experience with product discovery techniques including user interviews, prototyping, and usability testing;
• Proficiency with product and project tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms;
• English (fluent).
