• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables in line with project goals;
• Coordinate daily project activities and team communication;
• Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones together with stakeholders and the team;
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks;
• Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates;
• Maintain project documentation and report to stakeholders;
• Support resource planning and workload distribution;
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

• Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis;
• Managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes for 1+ years;
• Proven accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues;
• Strong system thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts;
• Strong data-driven mindset, using metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions;
• Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices;
• Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with Fixed Fee, experience running the project from pre-sale to production rollout, experience running pre-sales.
