AMC Bridge is a software technology partner for engineering, manufacturing, and construction enterprises. It builds production-ready applications, CAD/PLM/BIM workflow extensions, and AI-enabled solutions for global clients.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery progress in line with defined project scope and objectives;
• Act as the primary coordination point between project stakeholders and project teams;
• Maintain regular, structured communication with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Track and report project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery, lead time, scope adherence, and resource utilization;
• Identify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalations;
• Support adherence to defined project management processes and governance standards;
• Manage 2–3 projects or initiatives in parallel.

• 3+ Years of project management experience;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• Understanding of the project management lifecycle;
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with a project/task tracking tool such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps;
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects;
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Nice to have: Experience managing internal business initiatives or internal projects, experience with Azure DevOps, Lean/Six Sigma exposure.
