OffSec provides continuous professional development, training, and education for cybersecurity practitioners. The company offers a learning management system that supports enterprise customers and individual students in their cybersecurity skill development.

• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects across software development, SRE, and DevOps;
• Resolve competing priorities and maintain momentum without formal authority over delivery teams;
• Maintain deep working knowledge of assigned projects to explain status, context, and rationale;
• Take full ownership of project outcomes, make decisions, and drive accountability;
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively;
• Run technical and project meetings focused on clear decisions and actions;
• Drive project planning, capacity planning, and roadmap discussions;
• Deliver structured weekly updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and blockers;
• Own project communication end-to-end to ensure team alignment;
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in planning, communication, and documentation;
• Document key decisions in Confluence in real time;
• Support overall project delivery and contribute to additional initiatives.

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience;
• 2-3 Years of experience in software development project management;
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Excellent spoken and written communication and listening skills;
• Experience working with global teams in varying time zones;
• Ability to influence individuals to meet deadlines;
• Proven experience implementing project management and SDLC methodologies;
• Experience using Slack, Jira, and Confluence;
• Strong knowledge of G Suite products;
• Experience working on a Mac machine;
• Must be based in the EMEA region;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with technical IT topics including programming, networking, webservers, and VMWare.
