Murphy AI deploys voice AI agents that help banks collect overdue debt. Its platform optimizes recovery rates through respectful, personalized, and compliant communication across voice, messengers, email, and SMS.

• Own a product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, iteration, and business outcomes;
• Improve the efficiency of voice AI agents through customer segmentation, experiments with voice, cadence, and scripts, and rigorous evaluations;
• Build with AI as the primary product primitive by creating prototypes and integrating agents into the product;
• Convert hand-configured bank onboarding services into a scalable product;
• Investigate complex problems, identify root causes, and design elegant solutions;
• Inspire and lead engineers and data scientists.

• Build and scale products from 0→1 beyond launch as a founder, Product Manager, or engineer;
• Take ownership of outcomes, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and maintain a high quality bar while moving quickly;
• Hold a STEM degree and have graduated at the top of the class;
• Bring strong technical skills and a champion mindset;
• Build with AI daily, think in agents, understand where AI becomes unreliable, and control quality rigorously;
• Nice to have: Collections or fintech background is not required.
