• Own the entire customer journey within the product, including acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion, and retention;
• Define the user experience from the first moment, focusing on trial experience, activation, and early onboarding;
• Identify signals that enable self-serve expansion;
• Define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows in a B2B product;
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on high-impact initiatives.

• Strong understanding of product design principles and passion for user-centric products;
• Track record of growing business or products from X to Y;
• Excellent prioritization and execution skills with a results-oriented approach;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to influence cross-functional teams;
• Experience with Product Led Growth in B2B, including product trials, self-serve, onboarding, or cross-selling;
• AI-first mindset with experience or strong conviction in designing products where AI reshapes user workflows and interfaces;
• Nice to have: Entrepreneurial experience, previous leadership roles.
