Customer project manager in payments technology

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring integrations (WPI/TAPI) are implemented smoothly
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer expectations are met at every milestone

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within payments, fintech, or technology services
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Positive, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with technical and product teams
