задачи
Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Lead product discovery activities, including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research
Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release
Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and align them on product objectives
Drive product launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Identify product improvement opportunities based on data, feedback, and market trends
Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders
требования
4+ Years of experience in Product Management or a related role
Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams
Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and experience using data to support decisions
Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
