Mayflower is a technology company developing a high-RPS partner advertising system with a modern interface to advance the entertainment industry through greater perception and engagement.

• Own the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for scenario analysis
• Prepare monthly management reports covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, with variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and challenge assumptions
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow to identify risks and opportunities
• Support long-term planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling
• Use BI tools and AI-driven forecasting to automate routine reporting and improve predictive modeling accuracy
• Improve forecasting accuracy through data-driven insights and continuous process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and create dashboards for executive and stakeholder reporting
• Support ad hoc analysis related to investments, pricing, new initiatives, and cost optimization
• Ensure data consistency between FP&A models and ERP/source systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or controlling, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project-lead capacity
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow mechanics
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including Power Query, complex formulas, and modeling best practices
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
• Strong data storytelling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders without a finance background
• High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Будет плюсом: MBA, experience with Business Central 365, experience in fast-growing tech, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, exposure to treasury, cash management, or multi-currency environments, experience building or scaling FP&A processes
