• Provide financial analysis and translate key financial data for business unit and Group finance teams, general managers, and management teams
• Evaluate financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Recommend new processes and ways of working to support continuous improvement
• Proactively seek solutions to current or foreseeable issues
• Coordinate and complete budget and forecast submissions
• Partner with business leaders on long-term financial planning and compliance with Group standards
• Analyze business performance and target operating models, and support implementation of approved outcomes
• Link financial reports to business strategies and support business decisions
• Improve business understanding of finance value-added services
• Build partnerships and maintain relationships with senior managers and their teams
• Develop local and Shared Service Centre team members through regular communication, performance feedback, and development
• Improve finance processes through automation and better use of technology, and engage stakeholders to support adoption
• Contribute to business unit and Group financial projects, including performance dashboards, robotics, and reporting tools using Business Intelligence
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts with senior stakeholders, monitor forecast quality, and provide early warnings and recommendations
• Establish or update commercial procedures to support operational, commercial, and financial targets
• Analyze customer profitability and recommend ways to increase profits
• Advise on pricing, margins, and commercial decisions to maximize profits
• Prepare business cases for capital expenditure or resource investment with business leaders
• Support Group Finance and business teams on specific M&A projects and related integration, if applicable
• Calculate complex ad hoc journals and submit them to the relevant accounts team
• Coordinate financial information and KPI reporting across entities, jurisdictions, and resources
• Coordinate with the Shared Service team to ensure timely and accurate management accounts
• Prepare local statutory accounts and submit statutory filings, including tax returns, according to local requirements and timelines
• Review and sign off on management accounts
• Review financial reports, identify corrections or omissions, and ensure audit findings are reflected in final outputs
• Prepare, present, and explain financial reports with recommendations
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve working capital and cash flow

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or CIMA) or relevant experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of local taxation, regulatory requirements, and International Accounting Standards (IFRS)
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience leading, managing, and motivating local and remote teams
• Ability to recognize the value of financial information and inspire others to use it
• Comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating, and implementing change in a rapidly changing environment
• Fluent in English
• High ethical standards, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
