- Defining, championing, and executing the company’s DevOps and cloud roadmap to ensure alignment with rapid product development and global scale
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of a secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure primarily on AWS
- Driving the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles to ensure all infrastructure is versioned, automated, and reproducible
- Continuously improving and automating CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and frequent software releases across the organization
- Establishing and tracking key reliability metrics such as SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to ensure maximum platform uptime and performance
- Overseeing critical operational areas including monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
- Integrating security best practices into the entire SDLC (DevSecOps) to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Managing cloud spending effectively through FinOps practices, identifying cost-saving measures without compromising on performance
- Driving the evolution of containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) across the global platform
