Actively participate in designing and building scalable systems;
Develop quality code with emphasis on reliability, security, readability, and maintainability;
Optimize existing technical solutions;
Discuss ideas and work with the team to find the best solutions.

Deep expertise in Go;
Understanding of the standard library;
Experience with concurrency concepts and techniques;
Knowledge of Git;
Experience working with Linux;
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL;
Understanding of computer networks;
Understanding of Docker and docker-compose;
Experience using AI coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code;
English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation;
Ability to learn and acquire new knowledge quickly;
Ability to work in a team;
Nice to have: experience with NoSQL, RESTful API development, AWS, microservices, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, CI/CD configuration with Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
