• Develop and maintain microservices, including creating new microservices in Go;
• Integrate with external systems and develop and maintain APIs;
• Design and optimize database schemas;
• Handle containerization and orchestration;
• Ensure code quality;
• Implement monitoring and logging;
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business analysts;
• Perform performance and security testing;
• Maintain documentation.

• Have 3+ years of commercial Go development experience, including participation in banking or fintech projects;
• Have strong knowledge of the Go standard library, including net/http, context, sync, io, encoding/json, and protobuf;
• Have experience developing high-load and fault-tolerant services;
• Have strong command of profiling and performance optimization tools, including pprof and benchmark;
• Understand and have hands-on experience with concurrency, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives;
• Have experience building clean architecture and structuring code using DDD, Hexagonal, or Layered Architecture;
• Have experience designing and developing REST and gRPC APIs;
• Know communication protocols and technologies, including HTTP/2, WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NATS;
• Have hands-on experience with microservices architecture;
• Understand distributed systems principles, including the CAP theorem, eventual consistency, and idempotency;
• Have strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Cassandra;
• Have experience with query optimization, replication, sharding, and transactions;
• Know ORM frameworks and database migration tools, including GORM, sqlx, and migrate;
• Have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Have experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins;
• Have experience implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry;
• Have experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, Yandex Cloud, or Azure;
• Have English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or above.
