задачи
Own features end-to-end, from technical specifications and system architecture to production deployment and maintenance
Design, write, and maintain production-quality backend software and microservices using Golang, Java, or Python, with REST and gRPC
Build and optimize resilient, scalable services with high availability, low latency, and strong data consistency
Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering peers to design, refine, and deliver data-driven risk management capabilities
Track technical risks and system issues, and report progress and status to stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers, drive CI/CD best practices, and contribute to development standards and team-wide Agile practices
требования
Expert proficiency in at least one server-side language: Golang, Java, or Python
Hands-on experience developing and integrating server-to-server APIs using REST and gRPC
Proven experience building, scaling, and operating large-scale distributed systems with high availability, low latency, and strong data consistency
Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and modern deployment pipelines
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences
Будет плюсом: real-time stream processing, in-memory computing, Hadoop, Apache Spark, MapReduce, Redis or other distributed caching layers, risk engines, fraud detection, payment infrastructure in regulated financial environments
