задачи
- Prepare detailed deliverables, including functional requirements, in line with industry best practices and agreed quality, processes, and timelines;
- Represent the customer voice and provide a user perspective on feature value and objectives;
- Deliver quality documentation, including customer journeys, use cases, activity diagrams, and technical diagrams.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience working as a trained software Business Analyst;
- Experience with various types of financial services;
- Fluency with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence;
- Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills;
- Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical issues and concepts;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1);
- Nice to have: Experience in fintech project/product development.
